No. Frank is an AI planning assistant, supported by a crew of AI specialists. Frank helps you understand information, organise your options and build a practical plan. Plans are checked automatically, not individually reviewed by a person. Frank gives general information, not professional financial, tax, medical or legal advice. Some decisions need a qualified professional, and your plan says when, what to ask, and where to find free help such as ASIC's Moneysmart, Services Australia's Financial Information Service or your GP.
Is my information safe with Frank?
Yes. No person reads your documents to build your plan. They're stored in Australia, sent securely to our AI providers in the US only to build it, never used to train AI, and you can delete them from your portal whenever you like. A person only looks if you ask, to fix a fault, or if the law requires it. The privacy policy has the detail.
How fast does Frank deliver?
Usually in under 30 minutes from sending your answers, and guaranteed within 2 hours. If it's later than that, it's on us: a refund, or the plan space back for members.
Can my partner use my membership?
Yes, at no extra cost. Invite them from your portal and they get their own sign in, their own private plans and their own Morning Briefs from Frank. You share the same plan space each month. Neither of you can see the other's plans unless you choose to share one.
What's in Frank's Morning Brief?
Your Monday brief at 7am is included in every membership. You tell Frank what you want your team to bring you, in your own words: news on the things you care about, or finds like dinner ideas with a shopping list, podcasts or local events, each with the source linked. Want it on other mornings too? Pick any days you like; each extra morning uses 1 plan credit from your membership, and Frank shows you the cost before it starts. It opens with a quick summary, adds some real good news, and finishes with Frank's tip or a quote of the day. No sales pitches, no plan nudges, no chasing, and you can change it or pause it in your portal any time.
How much does a plan cost?
Frank Lite is $29 a month, with one full plan every month (about $7 a week), and it stays $29. Want more? Frank Personal is $79, Frank Plus $149 or Frank Pro $299 a month, for about 2, 4 or 8 plans: about $18, $34 or $69 a week. Or top up a single plan. Cancel any time.
What counts as one plan?
One plan answers one big question. Smaller jobs, like a monthly update, use about half. Frank shows you the size before he starts.
Is this financial, tax or legal advice?
No. It's general information. When you need an accountant, adviser or lawyer, your plan says so and tells you what to ask.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time in two taps. Change your mind within 14 days, before your first plan starts building, and you get your money back from your portal.
