Days, not months. Most plans land inside the week, and when it's urgent there's the 24-hour lane. Either way the timeframe is fixed in writing before Frank starts — same as the price.

What do I actually get?
A finished plan, not a chat transcript. What's working, what needs fixing, what it's worth in dollars, and your options — costed, with a road map, a checklist and a scoreboard. Businesses and clubs get a second edition written for the team, under your own name if you want it. Thirty days later, Frank checks in. That's included.
Confidentiality
Is my data secure with Frank?
Strictly. Everything you send Frank stays with Frank. Your numbers never appear in anyone else's work, the samples on this site are fictional for exactly that reason, and if you'd like a confidentiality agreement signed before you send a single page — Frank has one ready.
